Imagine creation as an outpouring of divine affection. God is driven by an unyielding, boundless love. God’s love does not need to be earned. It precedes our existence, permeates our being, and dances through every atom of the cosmos. ‘At-one-ment’ is already inherent in the very fabric of creation.
God’s proactive and intentional work, from the very beginning, is that Jesus’ birth, life, and death are the manifestation-incarnation-of perfect love and divine self-revelation. An expression of God’s restorative justice. A fundamental aspect of God’s plan to reveal the true nature of Love.
Jesus is not a reluctant sacrifice, but the radiant heart of this divine love made manifest. He is here to unveil the face of a Creator yearning to embrace his creation. His every word, a brushstroke of grace; his every touch, a whispered reassurance of our intrinsic worth.
Jesus embodies the union between humanity and the divine, thus highlighting it for us. His life and teachings emphasize a profound connection between God and humankind. His very existence illustrates the possibility for humanity of a harmonious union between the sacred and the earthly.
Jesus’ death is a symbol of integrity and conviction, underscoring his steadfast dedication to love and the revelation of God’s nature. Jesus’ execution by those yearning for power, prestige, and possessions— upheld by the dominant culture of religious and government authority—demonstrates God’s solidarity with suffering, and reveals that God in him is also God in us.
The Creator does not stand aloof, but actively participates in the weaving of a new reality, a reality where suffering is not punishment. This shift in perspective liberates us from the crushing weight of guilt and self-judgment. It invites us to embrace the totality of our being.
God’s love is a constant and unwavering force that seeks union with humanity. There is no debt to be paid, but rather a union to be named. It is the act of being at one with God; at-one-ment.
So let us cast aside the shackles of self-recrimination and step into the sunlight of divine affection. Let the warmth of that love melt away the frost of doubt and separation. Let your laughter be the counterpoint to the whispers of fear. Let your joy be the echo of a love that predates the dawn of time. For in the boundless embrace of this Love, we are finally, truly home.
May the outpouring of divine affection be your guiding light, as you embrace the unyielding, boundless love that precedes existence and dances through every atom of the cosmos.
In the manifestation-incarnation of perfect love and divine self-revelation, may you find the radiant heart of this love made manifest in the union between humanity and the divine, transcending the earthly and embracing the sacred.
In the cosmic dance of divine affection, God, a boundless love unearned, predating atoms, weaving through existence. ‘At-one-ment’ whispers in creation's fabric, Jesus, a radiant heart, not sacrifice, but a brushstroke of grace, a touch of worth. Embodying the sacred-earthy union, he illustrates the possibility for humanity, a harmonious dance with the divine. In death's integrity, a symbol of love's revelation, Jesus, executed in solidarity, God in us. The Creator, weaving a reality of non-punishment. Love's force unwavering, seeking union, no debt to pay, only a union to name, the act of being at one; at-one-ment. Cast aside self-recrimination, step into divine sunlight, warmth melting doubt, laughter countering fear, joy echoing love. In the boundless embrace of this Love, finally, truly home, predating the dawn, a dance eternal, a cosmic symphony.
