We recognize the value of having mentors who embody generosity of spirit, accepting each person's unique journey without imposing our own views. True mentors engage in relationships out of a genuine desire to accompany others, not for personal gain. They share openly about their struggles, knowing that real growth comes from both highs and lows. We can only lead people as far as we ourselves have gone. Being a mentor isn’t about entitlement or pushing others to achieve; it’s about walking alongside them, sharing life’s lessons. Even when we aren’t formal mentors, our maturity and inner authority naturally influence others. As we continue our spiritual growth, we offer grounding and validation to those around us, simply by living authentically.
May we lead others only as far as we have journeyed ourselves,
offering authentic guidance and grounding in all we do.
