We don’t need to isolate ourselves from the world to be mystics. Our daily lives, with all their messiness, offer countless opportunities to connect with the sacred. We don’t have to give up what we enjoy or take extreme vows. Instead, we make a choice—to approach life with intention and a clear, loving gaze. When we set our minds and hearts on seeing the divine in everyday moments, the world around us starts to reveal itself in new ways. The universe responds to your willingness to behold the holy by revealing almost everything as holy. This practice is about being present, seeing beauty in the ordinary, and staying open, even when life gets hard. By showing up fully for what is, we find a deeper connection to everything.
