Breath, the sacred thread weaving through Ignatian spirituality, connecting the divine and the mundane. It is the pulse of life, the rhythm of existence. Each inhale, a communion with God's spirit; each exhale, a testament to our unique presence in the universe. To steal a breath is to rob one's very essence, a blasphemy against the divine within. Yet, amidst the struggle for breath, a holy defiance emerges. In every breath, the eternal echo of God's unwavering presence. Through the divine breath, justice finds its voice, a symphony of solidarity resounding across the ages.
May we breathe deeply, honoring the sacred thread that connects us
to the divine within and each other,
recognizing every breath as a testament
to our unique presence in the universe.
