Mysticism is not about believing the right things or following prescribed rituals. It is about direct experience. We do not need intermediaries to encounter the divine. The sacred is present in ordinary life, in moments of struggle and joy. Mystical experience is not rare or reserved for a select few. It is available to anyone willing to open their heart. This path is not easy. It requires courage, because an open heart makes it harder to judge, exclude, or dismiss others. Love demands everything. It asks us to surrender our illusions of separation. The sacred is always brimming from the heart of everything. When we stop resisting, grace flows in. We see clearly. We belong. The divine is already here, waiting for us to notice.
May we walk through this world with open hearts,
recognizing that the sacred is always
brimming from the heart of everything.
