We gather as one body, our voices and hearts unified in a shared experience. In moments like these, we are drawn into a stillness that defies explanation. The rhythm of repetition, the shared cries, and the deep listening among us create a shift. It is not planned or orchestrated, yet it transforms us. The worldly resistance to transcendence that we wore into the sanctuary has cracked open, and the contemplative moment carries us toward the very source of our being. Time slows, and we find ourselves fully present, connected to something greater. The burdens we carried in are loosened as we remember our common struggles and longings. Together, we are changed, drawn closer to the source of all life.
May the resistance within us crack open,
carrying us ever closer to the source of our being.
