Let's settle into stillness, letting our bodies relax and open. We take our time, turning inward. As we breathe in, we sense the presence of the Spirit. As we breathe out, we release distractions. We become aware of the wind around us—in breezes, in birds flying, in butterflies fluttering, in seeds scattered, in our own breath. We listen to these manifestations. One form of air calls to us, drawing our attention. We listen deeply, feeling the Spirit expand our capacity for listening and open us to a fuller experience of air at work in the world.
May we find stillness, release distractions, and be fully open to the Spirit's presence in the air around us.
