We acknowledge the patterns we have learned and carried, often without question, shaped by expectations and circumstances beyond our choosing. Together, we face the truth of how overextension and relentless responsibility have consumed us, leaving little room for self-care or rest. We commit to breaking cycles that demand we prioritize everyone else’s needs over our own. It is not selfish to pause, to feel, or to ask for help. We choose to embrace the fullness of our humanity, with all its vulnerability, strength, and complexity. Just for today, we will honor our physical, spiritual, emotional, and relational well-being. Together, we will unlearn what does not serve us and lean into the freedom to simply be.
May we honor our whole selves with grace,
embracing rest, vulnerability, and the freedom to simply be.
