Healing arises in the embrace of love, both given and received. It means desiring happiness for ourselves as much as for others. It is recognizing our bodies as vessels of past traumas and learning to sit with our pain. To heal, we must allow awareness to settle into discomfort, creating a new relationship with it. This is the essence of our experience, leading to basic sanity. Healing is an ongoing journey toward wholeness. It involves engaging with our wounds and learning to love them. By holding space for our pain, we open our hearts to others’ suffering and release habitual avoidance. Understanding our shared woundedness, we find fierce love and acceptance. Healing means seeing, holding, and loving all beings, and surrendering to the weight of being healed.
May we embrace love, recognize our shared wounds, and find healing through understanding, acceptance, and compassion.
