We experience the Absolute in transformative moments that shift our perspectives and invite us into love and grace. Our opinions on politics, economics, race, and gender can change gradually. Yet, without deep contemplation revealing our dualistic and biased thinking, we won't truly transform. We need sustained practice to rewire our hearts and minds. Contemplation helps us access our True Self, always connected to God. It teaches us to live openly, learning from and being changed by reality. By responding, "Here I am," we acknowledge God's presence and our own, inviting constant, vital connection and unbroken communion, beginning here and now.
May we continually open our hearts to the transformative presence of the Absolute, embracing love, grace, and unbroken communion here and now.
