We need to recognize the sacred nature of intimacy. Many of us were taught to see it as something leading to evil. The so-called sexual revolution hasn’t yet touched on true relational wholeness. The real revolution is about discovering the depth of human capacity for friendship that brings spiritual wholeness. Intimacy, including the act of lovemaking, is a profound gift that connects us deeply. What if our call is to embrace life itself with passion and connection? Our deepest desires drive us towards meaningful relationships, pushing us beyond self-concern to a place of mutuality and healing.
May we honor the sacred nature of intimacy, embracing life with passion and connection, moving beyond self-concern to a place of mutuality and healing.
