Our spiritual path is about awakening to what is already within us. We carry the capacity for wisdom, compassion, and justice, but it is our responsibility to cultivate these qualities. This is not about striving for something external; it is about clearing away what obscures our true nature. The seed of God is in us. We are not meant to live from a shallow, reactive self but from a deeper awareness that recognizes our inherent dignity and the dignity of others. Awakening is not an end in itself—it calls us to act, to serve, and to stand for justice. We are accountable for how we live this truth in the world. Our task is simple but not easy: to be awake and to live accordingly.
May we awaken to the seed of God within us
and live with wisdom, compassion, and justice.
(inspired by Matthew Fox, Passion for Creation)
