In times of physical hardship, we are reminded that our spirit is resilient. When health concerns limit us, as with a postponed surgery or a difficult diagnosis, we can feel trapped. In these moments, God invites us into a deeper experience. It’s not about physical movement; it's about letting go of fear and aligning ourselves with the natural rhythm of life. We may feel out of sync, but our soul knows the way. Your spirit knows the steps. Like Zephaniah’s reminder, God rejoices and dances with us, even in the midst of struggle. We don’t need to see or hear anything specific. Instead, we trust that our spirit can still move with grace, even when our body cannot.
May we trust that our spirit knows the steps,
allowing us to move with grace through every challenge.
