No one should suffer in silence. Too often, abuse is hidden behind appearances of normalcy, and we fail to see it. Other times, we see it but choose to look away. If we are to be a community of care, we must be willing to act. When someone is hurting, we do not wait for them to ask—we step in. And when help is offered, those suffering must know they are safe to accept it. We create that safety by refusing to judge, by showing up, and by making it clear: no one is alone. Our responsibility is to be present, to listen, and to take action. Together, we can build a world where no one suffers in silence.
May we be a community that sees, listens, and acts
—ensuring no one suffers in silence.
