In our journey, we have faced betrayal in spiritual spaces that prioritized control over love. When our beliefs diverged, we felt the sting of rejection. We are grateful for the inner compass that guides us away from oppressive spirituality. While seeking freedom from these environments, we strive to maintain our connection to the divine. It’s essential to take time to explore our spirituality privately before engaging with new communities. When the moment is right, we hope to find safe spaces that embrace our doubts and uncertainties without fear. Cautiously, we will seek communities that honor our whole selves. Not knowing is acceptable, and peace can be found in uncertainty. Our doubts are sacred, and we invite the divine to accompany us on this journey.
May we find the courage to explore our doubts and uncertainties,
embracing the divine presence as we seek safe spaces
that honor our true selves.
