We recognize that our spiritual growth follows a pattern of Order, Disorder, and Reorder. Initially, we may experience a sense of safety and innocence in Order. However, we understand that staying in this stage can lead to avoidance of change and a narrow worldview. We acknowledge that Disorder is inevitable and necessary for growth. We face disappointments, losses, and disruptions that challenge our beliefs. We see that some may try to retreat to Order or reject all structure in response. We realize that true growth comes in Reorder, where we can embrace paradox and complexity. Here, death is a part of life, and failure is a part of victory. In this stage, we accept that both light and darkness have a place. We develop an inner authority and understanding that all experiences contribute to our spiritual journey. We strive to remain open to this process of transformation.
May we embrace growth through life's light and darkness,
finding strength in every experience.
