We come to believe in a Power greater than ourselves through a journey of gradual surrender. This journey demands an open mind, heart, and body. Our minds need contemplative practices to clear the clutter and allow wisdom to emerge. Our hearts require healing from past hurts and honest relationships to stay open. Our bodies hold onto past traumas and must also heal to remain undefended. By embracing this holistic approach, we deepen our longing and capacity to accept God’s grace. This presence allows us to encounter the divine, restoring us to sanity and offering profound insight and transformation.
May we journey with open minds, hearts, and bodies,
embracing God's grace to find healing, wisdom,
and the divine presence that restores us to sanity.
