The six narratives of human history—domination, revolution, isolation, purification, accumulation, and victimization—have shaped much of our world. But there is another way forward. The Seventh Story shifts the focus from separation and conflict to love. In this story, love is the protagonist, and we are not in charge but participants in the evolution of goodness.
We are called to pay attention to our inner lives and the communities around us, to nurture well-being that allows us to serve the common good. Reject the stories that thrive on fear and division. Instead, seek mentors who can guide you in discovering your unique gifts and calling, those which heal both you and the world.
Tell the truth, seek wisdom, and embrace spiritual practices that foster resilience. In a polarized world, look through the eyes of those with whom you disagree. Praise what is good, build equitable communities, and resist the forces that seek to divide.
Most importantly, don’t journey alone. Find or form a group of friends committed to this new story of love and inclusion. Together, you can help shape a future that is not bound by the old narratives of fear and separation but rooted in connection and compassion.
