With each exhale, visualize releasing the weight of responsibility you carry.
Allow yourself to simply be, without the need to do or fix anything.
🌟 Self-Compassion
Place your hand over your heart.
Feel the warmth and comfort of your own touch.
Silently affirm: "I give myself permission to rest and care for myself."
Take a few moments to sit with this feeling.
✨ Embracing Emotions
Bring awareness to any emotions present in this moment.
Allow yourself to feel without judgment.
Silently affirm: "All of my emotions are valid and welcome."
Breathe deeply, allowing space for whatever arises.
🌟 Letting Go
Visualize yourself standing by a flowing river.
With each exhale, imagine placing your burdens into the water.
Watch as they float away, carried by the gentle current.
🌅 Returning to Presence
Slowly bring your awareness back to your body and breath.
Feel the support beneath you and the air around you.
Silently affirm: "Just for today, I will simply be."
Take a few deep breaths, allowing a sense of peace to settle over you.
