We are living through collapse. What once felt certain is now unstable. Systems, roles, and identities are dissolving faster than we can process. We don’t know what’s coming next, and that uncertainty is uncomfortable. But we don’t have to run from it. We can meet it by learning to let go, by softening our grip, and by allowing our bodies to rest. Learning to surrender to the unknown in our own lives is essential to our collective learning to move through this time of faster and faster change, disruption, and breakdown. When we practice releasing into the present moment—through breath, through posture, through awareness—we train ourselves to face disruption with steadiness. Resting back isn’t giving up. It’s choosing not to brace. It’s how we begin to shift from control to trust. We do this together, again and again, until letting go becomes our natural way of being.
May we surrender to the unknown with open hearts,
trusting that our letting go is part of our collective transformation.
