In prayer, we find the invitation to grow in love. As we deepen our relationship with God, God’s presence grows within us. This transformation allows us to enter the chaos and uncertainty of life with faith and hope. Love does not avoid suffering, but meets it head-on, knowing the potential for a better future. We are called to stay committed to love, even in the darkest times. Prayer guides us into the heart of God, where love is ready to be born in new ways. Only when we can weep at what is not yet loved can we live into a new reality; for love is waiting to be born. This is the essence of living a life of prayer and love.
May we have the courage to weep at what is unloved,
so that love may be born anew in us and through us.
