We are called to the same transformative journey that monks have followed for centuries. This path is not about withdrawing from the world but engaging with it fully, allowing love, compassion, and wisdom to grow within us. Our commitment is to live in alignment with our deepest values, not dictated by material success or cultural conditioning. While we may not live in monasteries, we embrace the monastic spirit in our everyday lives—navigating work, relationships, and the challenges of society. Now it is time for those of us more obviously in the world to embrace the monastic depths—which are the depths of grace that God pours forth toward us in all the stations of life in which we find ourselves. We seek to live out this spiritual calling in the world, recognizing that true transformation happens in the midst of life’s demands, not separate from them. Our task is to remain open, dedicated, and fully present in this unfolding journey.
May we embrace the depths of grace in every moment,
allowing love and wisdom to guide us through all the stations of life.
