We have been conditioned to see ourselves as separate from the world around us, but this illusion is collapsing. The wisdom we need is not new—it has always been present in the voices our culture has ignored. Indigenous traditions remind us that we belong to the land, not the other way around. Those who have been marginalized carry insights into resilience and interconnection that dominant culture has refused to acknowledge. The living world is speaking, and it is time we listen. The wisdom we need at this pivotal time in our history will be found there, outside the edges of the dominant culture. Listening is not passive. It is a commitment to relationship, to solidarity, to action. As we reconnect with Earth and each other, we reclaim our place in the web of life. This is the foundation for healing and renewal.
May we seek wisdom beyond the edges of the dominant culture,
listening deeply and acting with reverence for all life.
