Resilience teaches us to endure and recover, but endurance alone is not enough. We are called to be an active presence, contributing to the good of the world. Our task is to bring love, justice, and compassion into every corner of life, making the world more vibrant and whole. This requires deliberate effort, clarity of purpose, and a commitment to the values we claim to hold. As long as some people hold on to the upside-down wisdom of the gospel, it will be enough to flavor the whole meal of life. If we lose sight of these principles, our ability to make a meaningful impact fades. Let’s commit to being people who embody truth and kindness, who live as examples of fairness and care. In doing so, we contribute to a more just and loving world, one choice and one moment at a time.
May we hold fast to the upside-down wisdom of love and justice,
that our lives may flavor the world with hope and healing.
