We Stand at the Creative Edge
The Trinity reveals itself not as a distant concept, but as the very fabric of our world. Its essence is woven intricately into the dance of living-together, a symphony of symbiosis, mutual indwelling, and shared existence. From the tiniest particles in the atom to the vast expanse of societies and ideas, all are bound by this Trinitarian imageāa tapestry of Many-One, a communion of Community, ever-present and ever-growing.
Within this cosmic design, randomness and possibility mingle with spontaneous order and natural selection, crafting complexity at the edge of chaos. While there may be no external Designer, the divinity permeates the world so intimately that it becomes an incarnate expression of the Trinityāa creation that is both creative and expansive, conscious and self-realizing.
This act of creation is God's ecstasy, a divine outpouring of extreme love and supreme joy. It is the ultimate act of self-giving, as God empties Godself to be born anew as the universeāa universe brimming with complexity that nurtures the development of consciousness.
Now, with consciousness, we can behold the beauty of this universe and recognize it as the externalization of Creativity itself, a manifestation of the trinitarian Godāmanyness so symbiotic as to form one living being.
For the religious soul, this realization transforms the world into God's most personal masterpieceāa sacred gift to be revered, cherished, and co-created. It is an invitation to participate in the divine life, to engage in the ongoing act of creation alongside God.
May others grasp the radiance and excitement of the universe, understanding that we stand at the creative edge, where God's action intertwines with our own. In this self-creating cosmos, God dances outside Godself, ever One, ever Community, ever more.
